Terms of use
Last updated: 16/10/2026.
This translation is provided for information only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Purpose
These terms govern the use of Pluvori, a web application for editorial writing available at app.pluvori.com. In Pluvori, several AI writers write on the same topic from different angles; you compare, keep, merge and approve at every step.
Pluvori is published by Guillaume Maison, entrepreneur individuel (EI, sole trader) — see the legal notice.
By creating an account, you accept these terms.
Access to the service
Pluvori is restricted to people aged 18 or over. An account is personal. You provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. Any action taken from your account is deemed to have been taken by you.
A free beta
Pluvori is in beta: it is free to use and involves no commitment.
The service is provided as is. It is evolving, may suffer interruptions or errors, and some features may change or disappear. The publisher may suspend or end the beta; in that case, he will endeavour to notify you early enough for you to retrieve your texts.
Pluvori offers no file export: copy and paste is the only way out. Keep a copy elsewhere of any texts that matter to you.
A paid offer may be introduced in the future. It will be announced in the application at least 30 days in advance. You will never be charged without having expressly accepted new terms, and you will remain free not to subscribe.
Your texts belong to you
You retain all rights to what you write in Pluvori. The publisher claims no rights to your content or to the AI writers’ output that you keep. You authorise him only to store and process it to the extent necessary for the service to operate, under the conditions set out in the privacy policy.
Your responsibility as an author
Pluvori’s agents propose; you decide. Their output, including translations, may contain errors, approximations or similarities to existing texts. It is up to you to review and check it before any use.
You alone are responsible for what you publish, where you publish it and for respecting the rights of third parties, including, where applicable, informing the public that artificial intelligence was used. Pluvori offers you ready-to-use disclosure notes, below the final text and below the promotional versions for channels you declare public. You’re free to use them, adapt them or ignore them; they do not in themselves guarantee your compliance with the rules that apply to you.
Prohibited uses
You may not use Pluvori to:
- produce content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory or harassing, or that infringes the rights of third parties;
- enter sensitive data about other people without good reason;
- circumvent the service’s technical limits, automate it, overload it or systematically extract its data;
- resell or transfer access to the service.
Pluvori relies on Anthropic’s models: their use must also comply with Anthropic’s usage policy.
Spaces
A Space allows several people to share folders, articles and memories.
- All members have the same rights: each of them can invite, remove another member, rename the Space and work on all its content.
- The creator of a Space can neither be removed from it nor leave it.
- A writer created with Pygma belongs to the Space and is available to all its members; only the person who created it can edit, archive or reactivate it.
- Everything written in a shared Space can be seen and edited by all its members.
- Invitations are links that the person inviting passes on themselves: Pluvori sends no emails. Only invite people you trust with the Space’s content.
- A Space cannot be left without members.
Permanent actions
Some actions are irreversible, by design, and are flagged to you in the application:
- archiving a folder or an article freezes it as read-only, permanently: it can still be consulted, but can no longer be unarchived, deleted or merged;
- removing a writer deletes their output on the article concerned;
- regenerating a promotional version replaces the adjustments made for that channel.
Account deactivation and deletion
The publisher may deactivate an account in the event of a breach of these terms, abusive use, abnormal consumption of the service or a risk to its security. Deactivation immediately closes access, permanently removes the account from shared Spaces of which you are not the creator, closes any open support conversations and cancels pending invitations. Content is not deleted. Reactivation restores access to the account and to the Spaces of which you were the only member, but not to shared Spaces.
You may stop using Pluvori at any time and request the deletion of your account by writing to guillaume@pluvori.com.
Support
A support request is received by a triage agent, then passed on to the publisher, who replies to it. A closed conversation stays closed for good.
Ownership of Pluvori
The Pluvori name, the application, its interface and its code belong to the publisher and may not be reproduced without his consent.
Publisher’s liability
The publisher takes reasonable steps to keep Pluvori working properly, with no guarantee of availability or results, as this is a free beta. To the extent permitted by law, he is not liable for loss of content, interruptions, or the use you make of the texts produced.
Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Changes to the terms
The publisher may change these terms. Any significant change will be announced to you in the application at least 15 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept it, you may stop using the service and request the deletion of your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, please first write to guillaume@pluvori.com to seek an amicable solution; failing that, jurisdiction lies with the courts designated by the ordinary rules of law. If you are a consumer, you retain the protections granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
