Privacy policy

This translation is provided for information only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
This policy describes the personal data processed by Pluvori: the website pluvori.com and the application app.pluvori.com. It sets out what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Guillaume Maison, entrepreneur individuel (EI, sole trader), registered as a micro-entreprise under SIRET number 447 841 248 00043, 125 Chemin de Pépelat, 47270 Saint-Pierre-de-Clairac, France.
For any question or request: guillaume@pluvori.com.
The website pluvori.com
The site sets no cookies, uses no audience-measurement tools or advertising trackers, and loads no resources from any other site. It contains no forms.
The server hosting it keeps technical logs — IP address, date, page visited, browser — to ensure its operation and security. They are kept for six months.
If you write to us, your email address and your message are used solely to reply to you.
The application app.pluvori.com
Data processed
| Category | Content | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Account | display name, email address, password (never stored in plain text), interface language, acceptance of the terms of use (date, version and language of the texts) | identifying you and giving you access to the service |
| Editorial content | folders, writing frames, folder memories, articles, AI writers’ output and its versions, channels and audiences you name, promotional versions, writers created with Pygma and their versions, exchanges with Pygma, translations | running the service you use |
| Style profile | what Pluvori learns, per folder, solely from the passages you have rewritten yourself; visible only to you | adapting Voce and Solène to your way of writing |
| Spaces | membership of Spaces, invitations sent and received, record of the authors who edited an article | enabling collaborative writing |
| Support | your exchanges with support | handling your requests |
| Usage | processing volume per account, per agent and per month | monitoring and controlling the cost of the service |
| Technical logs | IP address, sign-in dates, requests | security, abuse prevention |
The application keeps you signed in by means of an identifier stored in your browser’s local storage. It is strictly necessary for the application to work and is used for nothing else. No advertising or audience-measurement cookies are used.
Pluvori’s fields are free-text. Avoid entering sensitive data in them — yours or other people’s: health, opinions, a third party’s private life — unless your text genuinely requires it.
Legal bases
- Performance of the contract between us under the terms of use: account, content, Spaces, support.
- Our legitimate interest in securing the service, preventing abuse and controlling its costs: technical logs, usage monitoring.
What we don’t do
We sell no data, run no advertising and build no commercial profiles. The style profile is used only for writing, in the folder in which it was learned. Pluvori sends no emails and publishes nothing on your behalf. No decision producing legal effects concerning you is made by automated means.
Who receives your data
The members of your Spaces. Whatever you write in a shared Space can be seen and edited by all its members, and your name appears among an article’s authors. In a Space of which you are the only member, no one else has access.
Our processors, strictly to run the service:
- Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus) hosts the site, the application and its database.
- Anthropic provides the artificial intelligence models (Claude) that power the AI writers and the other agents. To produce a text, Pluvori sends Anthropic what the task requires: your theme, the information you have entered, the writing frame, the folder’s memory, the texts to be processed. Messages sent to support and exchanges with Pygma also go through Anthropic. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use data sent through its application programming interface (API) to train its models, and keeps it only for a limited period. To find out more: privacy.anthropic.com.
The publisher. As administrator, the publisher can technically access the stored data. He consults your content only to handle a request from you, for the security of the service or to comply with a legal obligation.
Transfers outside the European Union
Anthropic processes data mainly in the United States. These transfers are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, incorporated into Anthropic’s data processing agreement.
Retention periods
| Data | Period |
|---|---|
| Account and content | as long as the account exists |
| Inactive account | deleted after three years without sign-in |
| Account deactivated by the publisher | kept to allow reactivation, then deleted no later than three years after deactivation |
| Exchanges with support | lifetime of the account |
| Technical logs | six months |
| Messages received at the contact address | for as long as it takes to handle the request, then three years at most |
After an account is deleted, contributions made in a shared Space remain accessible to the other members; their author’s name is removed from them.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to set instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise them, write to guillaume@pluvori.com from your account’s email address. We reply within one month. Account deletion and data export are carried out by the publisher at your request: they are not yet available directly in the application.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, the French data protection authority) (cnil.fr).
Minimum age
Pluvori is restricted to people aged 18 or over.
Security
Exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are never stored in plain text. Access to the database is restricted to the publisher.
Changes to this policy
Any significant change will be announced to you in the application before it takes effect. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
